Dust Separation and Recovery System

In addition to the traditional wet washing system, TNL Tecnal uses a dust separation cyclone with dry operation.

Mounted above the DT, it recovers fines normally dragged with the process gases and returns them to the DT.

This action minimizes the loss of meal and eliminates the serious and common problem in oil plants, water pollution, caused by the dragging of dust into the wet washing system.

 

ZERO Effluent System

TNL Tecnal s oil preparation and extraction facilities have the ZERO Effluent System, where all effluent water is evaporated, and the solids are collected and added to the final meal, eliminating the need for decantation ponds.

 

GREEN SEAL

TNL Tecnal received the Green Seal Environmental Highlight Certificate at the end of 2017, from the Jornal do Meio Ambiente do Estado de São Paulo. The recognition is the result of the company s respect for the environment and sustainable practices.

 

The Green Seal is an environmental certificate that attests to the sustainable quality of the good practices developed in favor of the environment. TNL Tecnal has been granted with operating licenses issued by Environmental Agencies at Municipal, State and Federal levels, recognizing that they are adequate, as well as the Environmental policy for its evaluation criteria, water and effluents, energy, raw materials and waste, atmospheric emissions and environmental education.
