Main features:

• Great efficiency with low steam consumption and minimum solvent content in the final meal;
• Trays with V-bar grills for better and optimized passage of steam through the layer of meal;
• Rotary valves for passage of meal from one floor to another to ensure uniform steam distribution and easier control of material layer inside each floor;
• The meal is constantly revolved by special knives and blades to facilitate steam go through the meal layer;
• Flash steam floor in the last dessolventizing stage to remove last traces of solvent by steam aspirated with ejector and sent to the scrubber. This way you assure a very low solvent content in the meal;
• Can be fully automated.
