The chain conveyors Redler type are designed to support a wide range of conveyance needs in the market. Their robustness and low friction ensure a long useful life for the equipment, besides having noise level reduced.

Main features:

• Robust equipment for 24 hours/day operation
• Discharge bin lined with UHMW* plates in the parts that are in contact with the material.
• 3 types of drive system: moto-reducer; gearbox/coupling/motor or gearbox/belts/motor.
• folded covers “roof type” to avoid accumulation of water, fixed with galvanized quick-latches.
• For more safety and easier maintenance, the inspection doors have protection screens over the heads, support for clogging sensor in the drive head and support for speed sensor in the stretcher head. Also, TNL TECNAL offers as optional: speed sensor, clogging sensor, automatic lubricators for bearings and UHMW lining. 
• Inspection doors with quick-latches, with bolted screens.
• Display for visualization of conveying material after feeding.
• Moving parts with more than 10mm exposed are protected.
