Tecnal Rotary Cells Extractor incorporates the latest technology on oil extraction by solvent. It comprises of a set of rotating cells perfectly sealed from each other, what allows precise miscella flow through each cell. Such set of cells rotate over s fixed screen in counter-current with the washing stages of the material inside the cells.

Main features:

• More contact area: all material inside the extractor is completely soaked in miscella from beginning to end of the cycle, ensuring optimal penetration of solvent into the material;
• More contact time:  the contact time of the material with solvent and miscella is maximized, as the material is completely surrounded by solvent/miscella from the beginning to the end of the cycle;
• Can accept thicker soybean flakes, when compared to other types of extractor;
• Adjustable extraction time according to the features of the material to be processed;
• Simple design with less moving parts, so less maintenance;
