TNL Tecnal extruders model EDR were developed to produce kibbles with better physical appearance and greater homogeneity in the mixture, leaving the product with excellent appearance for the animal.

Robust equipment, with high performance, greater mechanical energy, lower energy consumption per kilo processed (kW/kg), easy to operate and high durability in wear parts (helicoids and liners).

Main features:

• The helicoids are easy to maintain because they are segmented, with the option of changing the configuration of the helicoids to obtain different performance depending on the product formulation.

Product Advantages:

• They can be fully automated and have a device called SCREW EXTRACTOR, which is an automated hydraulic system to extract the helicoid shafts. This device is positioned in front of the intake valve in the extruder barrel, facilitating disassembly and cleaning.
