Soybean storage and preparation plant. VERA (MT).

We are proud to deliver another project, this time in the city of Vera, State of Mato Grosso. In this plant of the company 03 TENTOS, we had the privilege of producing and installing the soybean storage sector (cleaning, drying and transport), the preparation plant (bean heater, air columns, hammer mills, breaking mills, rolling mills, sieve cleaning, fines recovery sieve and conveyors) and finally, the bran treatment, movement and storage cycle.

This project was divided into 02 phases, the first delivery included equipment for receiving, cleaning, drying and storing grains, with emphasis on the TSV 300 Vertical Dryers (one of the largest ever produced in Brazil) powered by chips, in addition to the 02 warehouses with a total capacity of 94,500 tons. The second phase was the soybean preparation plant with rolling mills, breaking mills, air columns, sieve, vertical conditioner and fines recoverer in full operation. The plant is currently in full operation, showing our company s commitment to meeting market demand efficiently.
